Expert Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Services in Oregon City

"Tyler was prompt, respectful and explained each step as he worked at clearing a clogged main sewer line. He worked four hours straight and was able to clear the line and cleaned up after his work. I have had other drain services out in the past and I know they would have given up rather than work as hard as Tyler did. I would strongly recommend him for any drain issues you may encounter."

"A few weeks back, we were in the final preps for a major party at our house which was to start in just 6 hours. As luck would have it, the downstairs drains began to back up and panic set in. We call OC Drain Service and Tyler said he would be right over. He arrived about 30 minutes later and began assessing the issue. Using his scope, he identified the problem which where tree roots in the main sewer line about 16 ft from the house. He quickly cut the roots and power flushed the rest of the line to ensure it was clear. The whole process only took about two hours leaving us plenty of time before guests started arriving for the party. Tyler was very professional and knowledgably with all the right tools. He instilled confidence with us that he would be able to get our system working again before the party. I would HIGHLY recommend OC Drain Service and Tyler for any plumbing issue. Thank You Tyler!!!"

He snaked the drain and had to follow up with a hydro pressure cleaning which resolved the the grease issue at the end of the line. He handled himself very professionally and was very conscious of any mess that may have occurred during the unclogging process. Hopefully I do not have a problem like this in the future, but if I do, I will be calling Tyler back."

"I had Tyler out to help diagnose a clogged gutter run from the house to the street. Knowing that any repair would require ripping up landscaping I needed help identifying the location of the failure as to limit the scope of work. It was great to find a business that not only was easy to get in touch with but also made sure to confirm the appointment with an actual phone call and discuss what work would provide the best overall solution. I'll be adding OC Drain Service to my contacts and will definitely use them again."

"After coming home from vacation on a Saturday we found out main sewer line under hose was not draing. I found Tyler's buisness via FB he responded promptly even for a Saturday and scheduled me in for a Sunday first thing. He arrived on time and went above and beyond as it turned out the restriction was solid and very difficult to get to move he never gave up allowed me to remove my toilet to save me cost since after many attempts at the clean out were unsuccessful. Eventually after going thru toilet drain as last resort he was able to get it cleared up..he is prompt on time and doesn't waste any of the time your being billed for...I will use his services in the future and strongly recommend his buisness and services"

"Highly recommend! Noticed a sewer line leak that quickly turned into a flooded bathroom and Tyler was not only quick to respond, he offered some very helpful tips to keep it from getting worse before he could come out the next morning. He was on time and gave a short arrival time, unlike some more chain companies who gave huge arrival windows. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable which helped ease anxiety during a very stressful time. I am so relieved and happy to have a kind and reliable plumber to help us in the future!"

He was so kind and professional. He even was willing to run to home depot and install my pedestal sink. I could not be more grateful. I know who we will be calling again. Thank you Tyler so very much."

"Tyler was awesome. I called him on a Monday morning, probably one of his busiest days, and he took my call almost immediately, and then took the time to review my sellers' sewer scope and give honest, helpful feedback within minutes. He didn’t have to, especially not knowing if any work would come from it for him. That kind of integrity and responsiveness left a strong first impression and definitely earned my trust."

I would absolutely recommend him and his company. Amazing service!!!"

"Tyler is phenomenal in his line of work! We had a toilet, sink and shower that wouldn’t drain and when I called to see how quickly he could come out, he scheduled us for the next morning! Our drainage system in our 1900 farmhouse gave him a heck of a time but he didn’t give up and finally figured out what our issue was and he fixed it! He even gave us recommendations for what to do to prevent this from happening again! When he was done, he cleaned and sealed everything up nicely! He was very friendly and professional! We intend on calling him for any drainage service in the future!"

"Wow! I have found a plumber who gets me in his schedule fast, shows up on time, is very thorough, neat and informative, and got the job( clogged toilet) done efficiently with helpful (and money saving) suggestions on future projects in my old house. "UPDATE: I called upon Tyler for a 2nd time, this time 4 years after my original review below, and he gave me the same excellent service. Once I called to setup an appointment, he came out the next morning. Tyler was able to clear my clogged drainage pipe very quickly, and was professional, kind, helpful, and treated me like a valued customer. I will continue to give Tyler a call whenever I need drain service and would recommend him to anyone. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We had an issue with an underground drain line that was backed up. When I called to make an appointment, Tyler was able to fit me in for an appointment the next morning. When Tyler arrived he was professional and courteous. Tyler worked hard and was eventually able to identify that we were having issues with tree roots in our drain pipe, cleared the clog enough that the water now drains, and identified the precise location of the root issue so that I can address the long term fix this summer. We were very pleased with the result and the work that was done, and we thought he charged a fair price."

"Although my job was a tough one, they stuck with it until my drain was clear. I was very satisfied with their service, and their technician who is very professional."

"Tyler came out for an emergency appointment for my parents house and, wow, what a great man. Wonderful service, great conversation, polite, and HONEST. HANDS DOWN this is the best plumbing service in OC."

"I recently had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Tyler was one of the most efficient and effective service people I have worked with. He made an honest effort to work me into his very busy schedule on an "emergency" basis. He was on time. He accomplished the necessary work on the drain within a very reasonable time period. He was very friendly, personable and genuinely "fun to have in my house". I will use his service again. Because of his quick and effective service I refused the discount he offered. He was worth the cost."

"Tyler is very professional. He gave me suggestions to help prevent future issues. I'm having him return later for a non- emergent issue. Highly recommend."

"Tyler at OC Drain Service was awesome! We had a serious clog that prevented us from using our septic system and eventually started to overflow. Tyler was prompt, courteous, professional and was able to schedule us quickly and arrived on time ready to tackle the issue. He quickly found the problem, showed it to me and fully explained why it happened and all of my options for fixing it. "Tyler was responsive, prompt and respectful. Most important he was conscientious. When he installed a garbage disposal and it didn't sound right, he returned it to Home Depot and got another, which, when installed, sounded right. He was fast and efficient and I would highly recommend him for the services he renders."

"I had a drainage issue (yes, that means sewer) and after renting the snake at Home Depot, which only bought us a week or so -- it was time to bring in a pro. Tyler is AMAZING! He brought out all of his equipment and worked and worked until we had no other choice but to consider it was a problem caused by the recent water line replacement project. I'm fortunate to live in Oregon City so the city takes responsibility for any trouble beyond my curb, so my plumbing costs will be reimbursed. (The OC public works guys have also been great, btw.) Tyler charges fairly and is honest and hardworking -- I recommend him to anyone in that truly awful space of needing help with sewer issues."

"We had a major backup due to wipes being put down toilet, and have a old house with old plumbing, Tyler came out and didn’t stop till he got it running freely he was happy and courteous about all of the things he tried, 4 hours later, he completely cleared the clog, things running smoothly, this guy was diligent about fixing this mess we had and never complained, he told us he’s not leaving till we get it all running freely. I would and will recommend him to anyone…. Just so happy he didn’t give up, thanks Tyler. Such a nice guy with a GREAT work ethic, hard to find these days!!!!"

"Tyler cleared my basement drain and did a great job."

"Fast and helpful."

"Tyler saved the day! He was able to make time for me quickly and did a great job at unclogging my kitchen sink. Tyler had to use all his machines and he hustled. I will call him with any plumbing issues I have. He also told me about his maintenance program which I am now on the list for. I highly recommend using OC Drain Service."

"Came the week of our call, did excellent work. No issues months later. He paid attention to our house, cleanliness, and did well with our kids who had many questions. No better man to call to help a family quickly. Best of luck to OC Drain Services! Will use again."
